Documentum Service Partner Program

The EMC Documentum Partner Program includes companies that seek to provide value-added services based upon EMC Documentum solutions. The Documentum Partner Program includes system integrators and consultants who provide a range of value-added services based on the EMC Documentum content management platform.

Services include implementation, business analysis and redesign, organizational impact, change management, site planning, project management, integration services, training services, outsourcing and facilities management, and the development of custom and unique e-business applications for end users.

Companies in the Documentum Partner Program share the following characteristics:

  • Commitment to learn and understand EMC Documentum products through program-mandated levels of training and competency.
  • Identification of customers and/or recommendation by member of EMC Documentum's sales force, industry development group, or consulting organization.
  • Commitment to maintain a minimum of four trained consultants within each authorized geography and practice proven domain expertise within one or more EMC Documentum-focused markets.
  • Experience installing and maintaining Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or Informix databases.
  • Commitment to leverage $2 million in EMC Documentum product revenue over an initial 18-month period.
  • Experienced integrators with knowledge of Microsoft® Windows and Visual Basic, C/C++, and Java programming languages.
  • Commitment to provide services of equal or greater value than the EMC Documentum software.
  • Experienced integrators with knowledge in developing and deploying Web-based solutions.
  • Ability to undertake all aspects of custom integration.
  • Commitment to maintain and support custom development.
