Purchase, Renew, or Upgrade
EMC Purchase, Renew, or Upgrade options help you extend your investment. You can purchase selected EMC services in advance and use them as your business needs dictate to maximize your purchasing power and accelerate time to resolution. Convenient options are also available for renewals and upgrades to your support services.
Options include:
- Service event packs — Get credits that you can apply toward non-warranty and maintenance event services. When you need service, you simply call EMC Customer Service for a quote for each service event. Upon your approval, we will schedule and deliver the service you need. Your account is decremented automatically without any further administrative work on your end.
- EMC customer engineer — Prepare for services outside the scope of your EMC warranty or maintenance contract by purchasing an EMC customer engineer's time for a minimum of four hours at a time. This fixed-scope, fixed-price service enables rapid ordering for typical service activities.
- Software support — Purchase, enhance, or extend an EMC Software support program by contacting your EMC Account Manager or a Software Support Renewals representative using the information below:
